Hiring: Household & Estate Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to manage the upkeep, technical maintenance, and operational cleanliness of a private residence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lighting & Electrical: Regularly inspect and maintain interior/exterior lighting, fixtures, switches, and basic electrical systems.
- General Upkeep & Repairs: Handle minor plumbing, carpentry, basic fixes, and routine household repairs.
- Property Cleanliness: Oversee house cleaning routines and keep driveways, pathways, and outdoor areas spotless and presentable.
- Appliance & HVAC Monitoring: Perform routine checks on air conditioners, geysers, water purifiers, and home equipment.
- Vendor Coordination: Supervise third-party technicians, deep-cleaning teams, and specialized contractors when needed.

Requirements:

- Hands-on knowledge of basic electrical work, plumbing, and general handyman repairs.
- High attention to detail regarding cleanliness and property care.
- Robust sense of responsibility, honesty, and discretion.
