We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Maintenance In-Charge to manage the complete maintenance operations of a star-rated resort.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Handle day-to-day maintenance operations of the entire resort.

2.Strong practical knowledge of Civil, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, and general building maintenance.

3.Attend and resolve maintenance issues promptly to ensure smooth resort operations.

4.Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, technicians, and contractors.

5.Prepare, monitor, and close Work Orders, including WIP and Completion Reports.

6.Maintain proper documentation and records of all maintenance activities, breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and completed works.

7.Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, equipment, and infrastructure.

8.Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.

9.Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently,



and within the required timelines.

10.Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance-related requirements.

11.Monitor maintenance materials, tools, spares, and consumables.

12.Maintain high standards of safety, quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

- 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel/resort or hospitality environment.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Civil, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting & General Maintenance.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and manage multiple maintenance requirements.
- Positive team-handling, coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Candidates with experience in star-rated hotels/resorts will be preferred.
- Joining 7 days.
