Key Responsibilities

- User Verification & Onboarding: Perform thorough due diligence and approve registrations of recent fabricators, dealers, and distributors on the loyalty portal strictly per established SOPs.
- Redemption Approval & Data Validation: Analyze and verify gift redemption requests using data provided by field sales and marketing teams; compile and present verified redemption reports to management for final approval.
- Indent & PO Management: Raise internal purchase indents, issue formal Purchase Orders (POs) for rewards/gifts, and coordinate closely with Procurement, Finance, and vendors for timely order clearance.
- Inventory Control & Stock Reconciliation: Track and maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses and fulfillment hubs to prevent stockouts or over-pacing of reward items.
- Fulfillment & Dispatch Logistics: Oversee the reward lifecycle from order placement to final delivery; coordinate with logistics and courier partners for timely dispatch, tracking, and proof of delivery.
- Discrepancy Reporting & Escalations: Identify stock variances, transit delays, damage claims,



or system discrepancies, escalating issues promptly to senior management for quick resolution.
- Helpdesk & Operational Analytics: Provide operational support to field sales staff, dealers, and fabricators on redemption queries while maintaining regular performance dashboards on turnaround times (TAT).

Key Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, or equivalent degree in Operations/Supply Chain/Commerce).
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in loyalty program administration, user verification, inventory control, or procurement support.

- Technical Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Formatting, Stock Reconciliation).
- Working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, PO management workflows, and ticketing tools.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical capability, proactive communication, vendor management skills, and structured reporting.
