Job Title: Logistics Executive : We are looking for an experienced and responsible candidate for our Ayurvedic Medicine Call Center in Nangloi. Candidate will be responsible for order verification, delivery coordination and NDR (Non-Delivery Report) handling . The candidate should be comfortable working on calls, coordinating with customers and delivery teams, and maintaining proper order updates.
Key Responsibilities: Customer se call karke orders verify karna Order details aur customer address confirm karna Delivery team / courier partners ke saath coordination karna Pending, failed aur delayed deliveries ka follow-up karna Requirements: Order Verification / Delivery Coordination / NDR / Telecalling ka experience preferred Positive communication skills Hindi bolna achhe se aana chahiye Basic computer knowledge / Excel knowledge Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month Experience: Relevant experience preferred Interested candidates can apply now.
