? We’re Hiring | Executive / Senior Executive – Loan Operations

? Experience: 1–3 Years

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Loan Operations Team.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily loan cases and ensure timely processing within defined TATs.
- Coordinate with lenders and Sales Teams for smooth application processing and closure of pending requirements.
- Monitor pending cases, identify bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution.
- Handle loan-related escalations and customer/learner complaints.
- Guide the Sales Team on pending requirements, rejected/non-approved cases, and possible resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to defined processes, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and escalate potential cases of mis-selling or non-compliance.




- Analyse recurring operational challenges and work with stakeholders to improve the loan journey.
- Coordinate with lenders for course/goal mapping, re-mapping, and enabling required goals on loan forms.
- Support the Sales Team with payment failures and other loan-related concerns.

? What We’re Looking For
- Strong command of Hindi & English, with excellent English written communication.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable understanding of loan processing and operations.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and escalations within strict TATs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
