We are looking for a Legal Litigation Executive with hands on experience in litigation, court proceedings, legal drafting and dispute resolution, preferably in the real estate sector. The candidate will coordinate with advocates, handle legal notices and proceedings, conduct legal research and ensure timely follow up of legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate litigation matters before courts, RERA, consumer forums and government authorities.
- Coordinate with external advocates and legal consultants.
- Maintain the litigation tracker, including case status, hearing dates and deadlines.
- Handle legal notices, documentation and court-related follow-ups.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognised institution.
- 1 - 3 years of relevant litigation experience.
- Karnataka State Bar Council registration preferred.
- Experience in real estate litigation or RERA matters will be an advantage.
