Role Description The LinkedIn Manager is a full-time role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model, allowing a combination of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for managing and growing Debashis Productions’ presence on LinkedIn, including planning and executing content calendars, posting updates, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Day-to-day tasks include creating engaging posts, optimizing company page content, monitoring performance metrics and insights, and responding to comments and messages to foster community engagement. The LinkedIn Manager will collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align social content with ongoing campaigns, showcase projects and achievements,



and support talent outreach and networking initiatives. The role also involves staying current with LinkedIn best practices and trends to enhance reach and visibility among relevant audiences.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media management, particularly LinkedIn page management, content scheduling, and audience engagement.
- Ability to plan and execute content strategies, including creating copy for posts, optimizing profiles, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Experience in basic analytics and reporting, with the ability to track performance metrics, interpret data, and recommend improvements.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as brand awareness, lead generation, and employer branding on professional networks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to present visual work effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to coordinate with creative and production teams on a hybrid schedule.
- Prior experience in media, photography, cinematography, or creative industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
