We are looking for a Quality Inspector / Line Inspector to ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process. The candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, measuring components, identifying defects, and supporting quality improvement activities in an automobile manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process and final inspection of components and assemblies.
- Verify dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
- Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Identify, record, and report quality defects or non-conformities.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and work instructions.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections as per inspection plans.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of quality inspection and measurement techniques.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T; concepts.
- Familiarity with quality tools and inspection procedures.
- Good observation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Freshers with strong mechanical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
