Role Description The Life Coaching Program Management Intern will support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of UCF’s coaching and certification programs on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities include assisting with program scheduling, tracking participant progress, preparing training materials, and coordinating communication between coaches, participants, and internal teams. The intern will help organize workshops and coaching sessions,



collect feedback, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of program processes. This is a full time hybrid role based in Navi Mumbai, with a combination of on-site work at UCF’s office and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Life Coaching and Personal Development, with a strong interest in growth-oriented, transformative practices.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Coaching skills to interact effectively with participants, coaches, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including supporting workshops, organizing sessions, and handling learning materials.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfort with digital collaboration tools, spreadsheets, and basic documentation or reporting software.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Navi Mumbai, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and self-motivation.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in psychology, education, business, human resources, or a related field is beneficial.
- Prior exposure to coaching, mentoring, training, or program coordination is an advantage but not mandatory.
