We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Trainee to join our Legal Team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day legal activities, documentation, legal research, record management, and coordination with internal departments while gaining practical exposure to corporate legal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members in day-to-day legal activities.
- Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents and agreements.
- Conduct basic legal research and assist in understanding applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in drafting legal notices, letters, applications, and other documents.
- Maintain proper records of legal cases, agreements, notices, and correspondence.
- Support the team in documentation and follow-up of legal matters.
- Coordinate with internal departments for required legal documents and information.
- Assist in monitoring legal cases and maintaining case-related records.
- Prepare and maintain legal reports and data as required.
- Perform data entry and maintain legal information in Excel sheets.
- Handle basic Excel work such as data entry, sorting, filtering, formatting, and basic formulas.
- Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of legal documents.
- Perform other legal and administrative tasks assigned by the senior team.
