- Conduct legal research to stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
- Analyze and summarize legal information for use by the legal team.

Document Drafting

- Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
- Assist in the review and editing of legal documents drafted by other team members.
- Contract Management:
- Assist in the negotiation, drafting, and review of contracts.
- Ensure that all contracts comply with legal requirements and organizational policies.

Compliance

- Monitor changes in laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance.
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.

Case Management

- Support in the preparation of legal documents for litigation and other legal proceedings.
- Assist in managing legal cases, including document preparation, filing, and coordination with external legal counsel.

Administrative Support

- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including managing schedules,

arranging meetings, and maintaining legal files.





Communication

- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external parties on legal matters.
- Assist in preparing reports and updates for management.

Risk Assessment

- Identify and assess potential legal risks to the organization.
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop strategies for mitigating legal risks.
- Training and Education:
- Provide training to employees on legal issues and compliance matters.
- Keep the team informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor degree in Law or a related field.
- Legal certification or qualification may be required.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
