Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Legal Intern based in Delhi.

The Legal

Intern will assist attorneys with legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations, and help in analyzing legal issues relevant to ongoing matters. Daily responsibilities include supporting legal document preparation, such as drafting briefs, petitions, notices, and case summaries, as well as organizing case files and maintaining documentation.



The intern will observe court proceedings when required, prepare hearing notes, and contribute to case strategy discussions under supervision. The role also involves coordinating with the legal team, communicating clearly with internal stakeholders, and upholding confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in law, including understanding of legal principles, procedures, and case law.
- Ability to assist with legal consulting and analysis of legal issues under attorney supervision.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to clarity and professionalism.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited law program.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to legal ethics and client confidentiality.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
