Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and analysis on various topics related to the client's business

- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies

- Review and analyze legal agreements and contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Manage legal databases and maintain accurate and up-to-date records

- Assist with legal and regulatory filings and submissions

- Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and external counsel

- Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed

- Litigation support

Qualifications:

- Law graduate

- Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

- Knowledge of corporate and commercial law, including contract law, is preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
