Key Responsibilities

- Assist in handling legal matters, notices, and documentation.

- Support the team in civil, consumer, corporate, and regulatory matters.

- Draft and review legal notices, agreements, contracts, and other documents.

- Assist with IPR matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and related documentation.

- Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and case laws.

- Coordinate with external advocates, law firms, and government authorities.

- Maintain and organize legal records, case files, and documentation.

- Assist in monitoring court cases, hearings, and important legal deadlines.

- Support the organization in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

- Provide administrative and legal support to the senior legal team.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures.

- Robust legal drafting and documentation skills.

- Good understanding of Corporate Law, Consumer Law, IPR, and regulatory compliance.





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

- Good knowledge of MS Office.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.

- 0–3 years of relevant experience in litigation, corporate legal, compliance, or a law firm.

- Freshers with good academic knowledge and strong communication/drafting skills are encouraged to apply.

- Bar Council enrollment will be an added advantage.
