Role & responsibilities

1. Legal Drafting of Commercial Contracts (Domestic & Cross-Border).
2. Acumen with the provisions of Contract Law, Sales of Goods Act (Additionally, knowledge of International Sales of Goods Act), Commercial Laws, Regulatory Laws, Weight and Measurement Act, IPR, Banking and Regulation Act, Transaction documents, Privacy Laws, Mercantile, Competition Law, Import and Export, FEMA Guidelines, UNICETRAL Law, Laws related to Domestic as well international Arbitration.
3. Legal research and update with the day to amendments in the laws.
4. Negotiation skill apropos to the contractual terms with the Suppliers and Vendors.
5. Maintain MIS of Contract Cycle.
6. Knowledge of procedural and substantive law pertaining to civil as well as criminal cases and compliance part.

Preferred candidate profile Manufacturing industry experience is required.
