L&D; INTERN / PART-TIME L&D; ASSOCIATE – MYSORE

Daksh | Your Soft Skills & HR Hub is looking for an L&D; Intern to support on-ground training and staff development at a hospitality project.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct micro-training & SOP reinforcement
- Coach staff on service, communication & grooming
- Observe operations and identify learning gaps
- Support new-employee induction
- Maintain basic L&D; records and reports - Daily & Weekly Reports system

Who we're looking for

- Valuable communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident, approachable and comfortable with frontline staff
- Hospitality / HR / Psychology background preferred
- Freshers welcome

? Stipend:
- First 4 months – ₹5,000/month
- Next 8 months – ₹6,000/month

This is a paid, part-time internship with practical exposure to hospitality L&D;, SOP implementation, staff coaching and employee development.
