Role Description The Leadership Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role designs, delivers, and evaluates leadership and soft skills training programs for client organizations, aligning content with business objectives and participant needs.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting training sessions and workshops, facilitating group discussions and activities, and providing individual and team coaching to strengthen leadership capabilities. The specialist collaborates with clients to assess skill gaps, customize training modules,



and manage program logistics, documentation, and feedback. The role also involves tracking learning outcomes, preparing reports, and continuously improving training content using current best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Training & Development and Training, with experience designing and facilitating engaging learning experiences.
- Proficiency in Leadership Development and Coaching to support emerging and experienced leaders through structured programs and one-on-one guidance.
- Competence in Program Management, including planning, coordinating, and evaluating multiple training initiatives and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse participant groups and client teams.
- Experience in corporate or professional training environments; prior exposure to leadership, soft skills, or L&D; roles is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Education) or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, manage travel to client locations as needed, and adapt to both in-person and hybrid training formats.
- Familiarity with modern learning methodologies, digital training tools, and basic data analysis for measuring training impact is an advantage.
