- Candidate must have Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification Part 1 and Part 2 completed.
- Candidates with only Part 1 or only Part 2 certification will not be considered.
- Minimum 7 - 8 years of hands-on experience in Pega application development and architecture.
- Solid expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-scale Pega solutions.
- Experience in leading development teams and providing architectural guidance.
- Strong knowledge of Pega best practices, integration, case management, and application design.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and design end-to-end Pega PRPC solutions that align with business goals to ensure high performance and system scalability.
- Lead the technical implementation of complex Case Management workflows,
ensuring that business processes are streamlined and automated effectively.
- Oversee the integration of Pega applications with external systems and third-party APIs to create a unified and cohesive technical environment.
- Mentor junior developers and system architects by conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices to maintain high-quality delivery standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, mitigate project risks, and ensure the successful deployment of Pega-based initiatives.
