- Translate business and client requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.

- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics primarily using Power BI and SQL.

- Mentor teams of 6-10 BI analysts/developers.

- Motivate team members and foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture.

- Conduct technical and functional training for team members (Power BI, SQL, analytics best practices).

- Support team members technical and non-technical skill development.

- Perform advanced data analysis to generate actionable insights that drive business value.

- Documentation and Reporting Standards: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Power BI solutions, including data models, report specifications, and user guides.

Qualifications





- Minimum Required Degree: Bachelors degree

- Preferred Degree: Any technical graduation

- Certificate(s)/Special Training: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate

- Experience (Career Level Guide): Mid-Level (5+ Years)

- Knowledge, Skills, and Ability: End-to-end business intelligence and analytics delivery

- Advanced Power BI development and dashboard design

- Strong SQL querying, data analysis, and validation skills

- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights

- Team leadership and people management (6-10 members)

- Stakeholder and client requirement management

- Clear verbal, written, and data storytelling communication
