Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions following platform best practices.
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
- Build AI-powered agents, automation workflows, and intelligent customer engagement solutions using Agentforce.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Define solution architecture, integration strategies, and development standards for Salesforce implementations.
- Build reusable components, frameworks, and best practices for Salesforce development.
- Mentor and guide Salesforce developers through technical discussions, code reviews, and solution design.
- Contribute to building and strengthening the organization's Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities, including helping scale the team.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, Agentforce capabilities, and AI innovations to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

- 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and/or solution architecture.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Agentforce.




- Hands-on experience with Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, agent actions, and at least one production or pilot Agentforce deployment.
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Apex Triggers.
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Security Model, Data Model, and Platform Architecture.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
- Robust knowledge of Salesforce development best practices, governance, code quality, and deployment processes.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading Salesforce implementation projects.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or AI/Agentforce certifications are preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
