Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Manage, mentor, and drive performance of a team of 2-3 recruiters.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, candidate experience, and recruitment process compliance.
- Handle critical and niche hiring mandates, including offer negotiation and joining management.
- Build talent pipelines and implement creative sourcing strategies.
