Role Overview The PMT acts as a bridge between Product and Engineering teams, requiring strong communication skills and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Review draft requirements from Product to ensure they are detailed enough for Engineering elaboration.
- Perform data analysis to validate feasibility of requirements.
- Create detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to capture all requirements during discovery and ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of payment flows (Authorization, Clearing, ISO8583, A2A Payments)
- Robust data analysis skills
- Strong SQL skills for analyzing data in Data Warehouse and Core DB environments
- Strong understanding of REST API best practices
- Experience using API tools and Copilot

Work Arrangement
- 8-hour workday with at least 4 hours overlapping with EST time zone




- Participate in standups and collaborate directly with SMEs, Product, and Engineering teams
- Involves calls, emails, and stakeholder relationship management
- Remote / Pune
