Understands the customer tender, drafting requirements of Key clients and performs/updates the tasks/steps in the system as illustrated without any supervision. Performs audits of work performed by Team member Sales.
You will be responsible to:
- Perform transactional activities/supports activities including service information updates, surcharge updates, line creation and pricing in MARS like to Key clients.
- Perform system processing as per defined guidelines/standard operating procedures.
- Respond to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Highlight issues, if any, and requests corrective action from supervisor.
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding process issues if required.
- Makes recommendations and suggestions on how to improve processes and procedures.
We are looking for:
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Finance or any other similar discipline 3 - 4 years of prior experience in Tender Contract Management process (must have)
- Analytical,
process management, and data management.
- Expert Level knowledge - Contracting Invoicing in SAP especially of SD Module (must have) Pro ciency in Excel VBA Coding Data Analytics using excel (good to have)
- Good understanding of sales process would be an advantage Good understanding SCM business would be advantageous
