We are looking for an experienced
SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM) Consultant
with strong hands-on implementation experience across end-to-end performance management processes.
Key Requirements:
• 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience, specifically PMGM
• Multiple end-to-end implementations of Annual & Continuous Performance processes
• Solid hands-on configuration and troubleshooting experience in Performance & Goals
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors best practices, governance, administration, release management and deployment
• Experience with Agile/Scrum implementation methodologies
• Ability to analyze complex system issues and perform root-cause troubleshooting
• Employee Central or Compensation & Variable Pay experience is a plus
• SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification preferred
