Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator to support our business development initiatives in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US Staffing, Recruitment, or Workforce Solutions and a proven track record of identifying and generating qualified leads.

The role requires strong research capabilities, prospect identification, data mining, and lead qualification skills to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate qualified leads from the US market through various channels.
- Research target companies, decision-makers, hiring managers, and procurement contacts.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct market research and account mapping to identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, job boards, and other platforms for lead generation.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and potential opportunities.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.




- Collaborate with internal teams to understand target market requirements.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 4 to 8 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Inside Sales, or US Staffing.

• Preferred preference for candidates from the Staffing/Recruitment Industry.
- Good understanding of the US staffing and workforce solutions market.
- Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, research, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in US Staffing, Recruitment Consulting, IT Staffing, or Workforce Solutions organizations is highly preferred.
