Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.

Explain The VFX Institute's courses, programmes,



fees and career opportunities.

Understand the student's interests and identify suitable courses.

Follow up regularly with interested and undecided leads.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and lead status.

Generate qualified leads and pass interested prospects to the counselling/admissions team.

Meet daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

Handle basic student queries professionally and build rapport over the phone.

Follow up with students who have attended workshops, events or registered for free initiatives.
