Job Summary

Glusvox LLC is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our USA Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified business leads, conducting outreach, and supporting the sales and recruitment team in developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads for USA staffing and recruitment services.
- Research and identify potential clients and business prospects in the U.S. market.
- Use LinkedIn, email, online databases, and other platforms for lead generation.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
- Maintain and update lead databases and prospect information.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and potential opportunities.
- Schedule meetings or calls with qualified prospects.
- Work closely with the sales and recruitment team to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Meet daily, weekly,



and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication with prospective clients.

Requirements
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong research and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online lead-generation platforms.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in USA Staffing, B2B Lead Generation, Business Development, or Sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

Work Schedule Monday to Friday7:00 PM – 4:00 AMOn-Site Position
