Role Summary:
The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers to support the sales pipeline. This role focuses on outbound and inbound lead generation through digital channels, research, and direct outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and generate new business leads through online research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
· Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass high-quality prospects to the sales team.
· Maintain and update lead data accurately in CRM tools.
· Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
· Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and messages to ensure engagement.
· Track and report lead generation metrics and conversion rates.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and target markets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
· 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.
· Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
· Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, and data research tools.
· Target-driven mindset with good negotiation skills.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in B2B lead generation.
· Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
