About the RoleWe are looking for someone who understands B2B lead generation and IT market targeting and can identify the right companies and decision-makers for our technology solutions.

? Position: Lead Generation Executive

? Experience: 6–12 months

? Location: Pune

? Employment Type: Full-time

What We’re Looking For

- 6–12 months of experience in B2B Lead Generation
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io
- Valuable knowledge of LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong data and market research skills
- Ability to identify and target IT, Software & SaaS companies
- Understanding of ICP and target-market identification
- Experience in building and maintaining prospect databases




- Knowledge of cold email and outbound prospecting
- Ability to identify key decision-makers such as CEO, Founder, CTO, CIO, IT Head, VP Engineering, etc.
- Strong research, analytical and communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B clients in the IT/Software/SaaS market
- Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io and LinkedIn
- Research companies, industries, technologies and decision-makers
- Generate relevant and qualified leads for the Business Development team
- Maintain accurate prospect and lead databases
- Support cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Identify new target markets and potential business opportunities
