Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Full-Stack Engineer who can code, architect and manage an engineering team. The candidate will build scalable, multi-tenant and event-driven applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB and Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the engineering team through planning, mentoring, code reviews and delivery.
- Develop production-ready features across frontend and backend.
- Design scalable multi-tenant and event-driven architectures.
- Build REST APIs, microservices, domain events and background jobs.
- Own architectural and technical decisions.
- Build and maintain Azure infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage production support, application performance, security and reliability.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture decisions and runbooks.

• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

- 12+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong React.js, Next.js and TypeScript experience.




- Strong Node.js backend and REST API development experience.
- MongoDB or Cosmos DB with schema and index design.
- Multi-tenant application architecture and tenant isolation.
- Event-driven architecture, message queues and background workers.
- Microsoft Azure deployment and production support.
- Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure as Code experience.
- Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
- Docker and containerized deployment.
- Microservices, Domain-Driven Design and clean architecture.
- Proven team leadership and delivery-management experience.

• Strong client and stakeholder communication.

Good to Have

- Fastify and Azure Functions.
- Azure Queue Storage and Azure Web PubSub.
- Azure AD B2C, MSAL, OAuth, JWT and RBAC.
- React Query, Zustand, Zod and Tailwind CSS.
- Application Insights and OpenTelemetry.
- Turborepo or npm workspaces.

• Experience hiring and building engineering teams.
