About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, quick-thinking Lead Generation Specialist who understands that modern outreach is about problem-solving, not generic mass messaging.
What Youll Do
- Targeted Prospecting: Research key accounts, map organizational structures, and identify primary economic decision-makers.
- Problem-Centric Outreach: Run tailored multi-channel campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, Phone) focused directly on prospect operational challenges and workflow bottlenecks.
- Product-Led Positioning: Quickly master our product capabilities, articulate direct business value, and guide prospects from initial curiosity to qualified interest.
- Strategic Qualification: Lead initial discovery touchpoints to evaluate fit, business need, and urgency before handing accounts over to the closing team.
- Market Insights: Monitor prospect feedback, common objections,
and industry shifts to continuously refine outbound messaging.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years of B2B outbound lead generation experience targeting mid-market or enterprise companies.
- Commercial Acumen: A solid grasp of business operations, deal dynamics, and what drives executive buying decisions.
- Product Agility: Ability to quickly understand complex solutions and translate technical features into clear business impact.
- Consultative Communication: Exceptional ability to build rapport, ask sharp questions, and handle senior-level objections smoothly.
- Toolkit: Familiarity with modern prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and standard CRM platforms).
