We bring modern, organised retail to underserved Tier 35 towns through a sharply focused model: high-velocity assortments, deep value pricing, and capital-efficient store formats powered by a strong supply chain backbone. With 150+ stores, a growing E-Com presence, and deep customer love, we are reimagining how India shops. Our model blends FOFO (franchise-led scale) and COCO (company-led control) to expand rapidly while maintaining unit economics discipline.

Backed by marquee investors like Blume Ventures and XEED Ventures, we are scaling fast and with a clear path to 1000 stores in the next 5 years.

The Role:

The Financial Controller will build and own the financial control architecture of SuperK designing systems, processes, and governance required to scale a 1000-store retail business.

You will drive reporting excellence, enforce control discipline across a distributed network, and build a finance backbone that enables high-speed, high-quality decision-making.

You will work closely with leadership on governance, board reporting, and building a finance function that is audit-ready, scalable, and institutionally strong from day one.

- Handle omni-channel revenue recognition correctly: COCO store sales, FOFO pass-through, e-commerce, quick commerce, and loyalty point accounting
- Establish a standard store opening accounting checklist and a store closure/exit accounting protocol
- Build the financial architecture to support future formats, geographies, and channel expansions without structural rework
