Lead Engineer - VES UAT Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end testing activities of Automotive Software (e.g., ADAS, infotainment, powertrain, telematics) - Define and implement test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with project goals - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, systems engineering, and validation - Manage defect lifecycle and drive root cause analysis with development teams - To Oversee Test framework inline with customer perspective & to execute UAT Testing at vehicle level - Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, and AUTOSAR - Mentor and guide a team of test engineers, fostering a culture of quality and innovation - Prepare and present test metrics, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders Key Deliverables - Technical leadership at SW Acceptance & Release - System integrated Testing & Release - RIsk Assesment for Customer release Experience 6-9 Years Industry Preferred Qualifications B.E / M.E in EEE, ECE, CSE , IT General Requirements Cutting-edge mindset Passionate about technology Ability to conceptualise, design,



develop and take it for series production Self Motivated and inner fire to develop disruptive solutions in telematics space Effective written and oral communication skills Systematic approach in problem solving for complex issues Ability to find solutions for complex problems.
