Were looking for a Lead Engineer to join our team at Nexdigm

Grade: AM

Work model: 50% office attendance

Experience: 6+ years

Were looking for someone who is still hands-on, can architect solutions for complex problems, guide engineers technically, and is comfortable getting into the details when required.

The core technical skills Were looking for are:

Azure | SQL | Python | GenAI | React | Power BI / Tableau

You don’t need to be an expert in every one of these, but strong hands-on experience across multiple areas is important.

The role will involve

Architecting solutions for complex projects

Providing technical direction to the team

Reviewing solutions and guiding engineers

Working with senior team members on solution design





Participating in technical discussions with clients

Explaining complex technical concepts in straightforward, business-friendly language

- Mentoring and developing the technical capabilities of the team

One thing we would particularly look for is "ownership". If a problem is thrown at you, can you understand it, break it down, design the right solution and explain it to both an engineer and a client?

If yes, we should probably talk. We’re more interested in what you have actually built and how you think than a long list of technologies on your CV.
