About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Launch Manager to join our Product Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for turning product launches from ad hoc coordination efforts into a repeatable, structured operating capability. You will own a portfolio of launches, drive cross-functional readiness, and ensure every launch moves from delivery readiness to go-to-market readiness through consistent playbook execution, stakeholder coordination, and post-launch learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Classify and operationalize launch tiers — ensure every launch is routed through the correct tier classification process with scope, customer impact, and requirements clearly defined.
- Create and maintain tier-specific launch playbooks, keeping tasks, owners, due dates, deliverable links, status, and blockers current through GA.
- Facilitate regular cross-functional launch syncs and dedicated Tier 1 launch syncs, using the playbook as the single source of truth for readiness, risks, and actions.
- Drive customer communications readiness — coordinate release notes, pre-UAT notifications, production notifications, and rollback communications as required.
- Maintain launch dashboards so stakeholders have real-time visibility into launch status, GA dates, tier, and readiness risk.
- Track and follow up on enablement readiness — including training guides,



train-the-trainer sessions, support readiness, knowledge base updates, and onboarding activities.
- Prepare go/no-go readiness evidence including open risk summaries, blocker status, and stakeholder alignment inputs.
- Drive post-launch learning by coordinating metrics collection, customer feedback, lessons learned, and improvement actions — particularly for Tier 1–2 launches.
- Continuously improve launch playbook templates, dashboards, RACI models, facilitation guides, go/no-go frameworks, and automation rules.
- Surface, route, and escalate cross-functional risks early — before they become blockers to GA.

Required Skills

- Proven experience coordinating complex cross-functional launches, releases, or programs across product, engineering, marketing, support, training, and customer-facing functions.
- Solid ability to manage structured workflows using playbooks, checklists, and project tracking systems that make status, ownership, and deadlines visible.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills — ability to run recurring syncs, surface risks early, and drive follow-through without direct authority.
- Working knowledge of product development and release-to-launch processes — understanding the difference between delivery readiness, customer communication readiness, enablement readiness, and go-to-market readiness.
- Ability to translate ambiguous launch inputs into coordinated action plans with clear owner accountability and escalation paths.
- Experience synthesizing launch status, risk, and dependency information into dashboards and operational reporting that support decision-making.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for maintaining launch playbooks, task hygiene, dashboards, and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to improve operating processes, templates, and reusable assets to increase consistency and reduce coordination failure.
