- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures.
- Ensure alignment of model design with organizational objectives and project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, Langchain.
- Robust knowledge of neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
- Ability to work with large-scale unlabeled text datasets for model training.
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
- Skilled in integrating language models into broader AI systems and workflows.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
