As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that process vast amounts of unstructured text data, ensuring the models are optimized for performance and scalability. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of model parameters to enhance language comprehension and generation capabilities, while collaborating with various teams to align the model development with broader project goals and technological advancements.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of language models into existing systems.
- Continuously monitor emerging trends and advancements in language modeling to inform project direction.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong expertise in neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and management.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets to improve model performance.
- Familiarity with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to language model deployment.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
