About the Role -

PSA Renewables – Powered by Purshotam is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Junior Land Acquisition Executive to support land identification, verification, documentation, and acquisition activities for solar projects across Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source suitable land parcels for solar power projects.
- Coordinate with landowners, brokers, local representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct preliminary land surveys and collect land-related information.
- Verify land ownership, title documents, 7/12 extracts, mutation entries, and other relevant records.
- Coordinate with legal and technical teams for land due diligence.
- Negotiate with landowners regarding lease, purchase, and commercial terms.
- Maintain accurate records of landowners, documents, negotiations, and project status.
- Coordinate with local authorities and government departments wherever required.
- Assist in resolving land-related issues and documentation gaps.




- Regularly update management on acquisition progress and potential land opportunities.
- Travel extensively within Maharashtra as required for land identification and acquisition.

Candidate Profile -
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Real Estate, Land Acquisition, Civil, Agriculture, Law, or Rural Development will be preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of land records and documentation in Maharashtra.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valuable local networking and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
- Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi; basic English communication preferred.
- Should be comfortable working independently in field locations.
