About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and technically competent QC Incharge / Lab Technician to manage our Quality Control Laboratory and ensure that raw materials, production processes and finished PVC Conduit Pipes consistently meet defined quality standards and specifications.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory and production-floor quality checks, maintaining QC records, identifying quality issues and coordinating with the production team to ensure consistent product quality.

Role & responsibilities:

Raw Material Inspection.

- In-Process Quality Control.
- Quality Documentation.
- QC Laboratory Management.
- Finished Product Testing.
- Quality Improvement & Problem Solving.
- Standards & Compliance

Preferred candidate profile: Candidates with experience in PVC pipes, PVC conduit pipes, plastic extrusion, UPVC products,



polymer processing or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Experience in handling QC laboratory equipment and testing of plastic/PVC products will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of PVC/plastic pipe manufacturing and quality control.
- Practical knowledge of QC laboratory testing procedures.
- Ability to understand product specifications and test requirements.
- Ability to maintain accurate QC documentation and reports.
- Good observation and analytical skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for laboratory and QC activities.
