Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Lab Technician to join our IVF & Andrology laboratory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling laboratory samples, performing diagnostic tests, maintaining accurate records, following laboratory protocols, and ensuring quality and safety standards in all laboratory procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, receive, label, process, and handle patient samples as per laboratory protocols.
- Perform routine laboratory investigations and diagnostic tests accurately.
- Assist in IVF and Andrology laboratory procedures under the guidance of qualified professionals.
- Handle and process semen samples and perform basic semen analysis as per established protocols.
- Maintain proper identification, documentation, and traceability of all samples.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning.
- Follow strict infection control, biosafety, and laboratory safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the laboratory area and equipment.
- Record and maintain accurate laboratory reports and patient-related documentation.
- Monitor laboratory stock, reagents, consumables, and inform the concerned person regarding requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of laboratory samples, reagents, and consumables.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, embryologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and laboratory results.
- Follow hospital policies,



SOPs, and quality-control procedures.

Eligibility
- B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), DMLT, or equivalent qualification.
- Valid registration/certification as applicable.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in hospital laboratories, IVF laboratories, or Andrology laboratories will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and sample handling.
- Knowledge or experience in semen analysis/andrology will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
