Employment Type: long term contract with Michael Page(Min 3 years)

Location: 5 Days Work From Office

Shift: Mandatory 24x7 Rotational Shifts (4 Shift Pattern)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced L3 Tanium Endpoint Engineer with 9–11 years of experience in endpoint management and enterprise endpoint security. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Tanium platform administration, Windows and macOS endpoint management, troubleshooting, automation, security compliance, and enterprise-scale endpoint operations.

As an L3 Engineer, you will serve as the highest level of technical escalation for Tanium-related issues, drive platform optimization initiatives, and collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to improve endpoint visibility, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, configure, and maintain the Tanium platform across enterprise environments.
- Provide L3 support for Tanium infrastructure, modules, and endpoint-related incidents.
- Manage and support Windows and macOS endpoints at scale.
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint management, software deployment, patching, and compliance issues.
- Configure and maintain Tanium modules such as:

- Asset

- Patch

- Deploy

- Inventory

- Comply

- Threat Response

- Performance
- Monitor platform health, performance, and endpoint connectivity.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Create automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or other relevant tools.
- Support vulnerability remediation and endpoint security initiatives.
- Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Service Management teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs,



and knowledge articles.
- Participate in change management, release planning, and platform upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance policies.

Required Skills & Experience

Tanium Expertise

- Strong hands-on experience with Tanium administration and operations.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise Tanium deployments.
- Deep understanding of Tanium architecture and module integrations.
- Expertise in endpoint inventory, patch management, software deployment, and compliance monitoring.

Endpoint Management

- Strong experience managing:

- Windows 10/11
- Windows Serve environments
- macOS endpoints
- Knowledge of endpoint lifecycle management and device compliance.

Scripting & Automation

- PowerShell scripting expertise.
- Experience with automation and task orchestration.
- Basic knowledge of Python or Bash scripting is preferred.

Security & Compliance

- Experience working with vulnerability management tools.
- Understanding of endpoint security controls and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with incident response and threat remediation processes.

IT Operations

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience handling critical production incidents and escalations.
- Ability to perform detailed root cause analysis and service improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Tanium Certified Administrator or relevant Tanium certifications.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, or other endpoint management solutions.
- Knowledge of EDR/XDR tools such as Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, or SentinelOne.
- Experience in enterprise ITSM environments using ServiceNow.
- Understanding of cloud-based endpoint management solutions.
