We are looking for an experienced L3 Specialist Engineer with strong expertise in Azure Cloud, Network Security, Identity & Access Management, Observability, and Automation .

Key Responsibilities

- Act as an L3 escalation point for complex technical issues.




- Design and implement Azure and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Manage and support network security platforms including Palo Alto and Zscaler.
- Work on Identity, PAM, Observability, and Infrastructure platforms.
- Perform RCA and provide permanent solutions for critical incidents.
- Develop automation using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting tools.
- Create technical documentation and mentor L2 engineers.

- Dynatrace / AppDynamics / New Relic / Application Insights
- Trend Micro Apex One / XDR
