Key Responsibilities

Knowledge Management Strategy

- Develop and implement enterprise-wide knowledge management strategies and frameworks.

- Establish governance models, standards, and processes for knowledge creation, retention, and sharing.

- Align KM initiatives with organizational objectives and business outcomes.

Knowledge Repository Management

- Create and maintain knowledge bases, portals, wikis, and document repositories.





- Ensure content is accurate, relevant, current, and easily searchable.

- Define taxonomy, metadata, and content lifecycle management processes.

Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration

- Promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.

- Facilitate communities of practice, learning forums, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Capture and disseminate lessons learned, case studies, success stories, and best practices.

Performance & Governance

- Define and monitor KM KPIs and success metrics.

- Conduct periodic audits and reviews of knowledge assets.

- Track adoption, usage, and effectiveness of KM initiatives and recommend improvements.

Training & Change Management

- Train employees on knowledge management tools, processes, and best practices.

- Drive awareness campaigns and change management activities to improve KM adoption.

- Support organizational learning and continuous improvement initiatives.
