Food Preparation

- Wash, peel, chop, slice, and dice fruits and vegetables.

- Weigh, measure, and mix basic ingredients for recipes.

- Retrieve food items from storage, refrigerators, or freezers.

Cleaning and Sanitation

- Wash and dry all dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.

- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, counters, cutting boards, and equipment.

- Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly throughout the shift.

- Empty trash cans, replace liners, and dispose of kitchen waste properly. [1, 2]

Stocking and Organization

- Unload food deliveries from trucks and stock shelves or refrigerators.

- Store food items correctly following food safety and hygiene standards.

- Refill condiment bottles, shakers, and station supplies.

- Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors when supplies run low

Pay: ₹650.00 - ₹700.00 per day
