Role Overview: We are looking for a highly driven Key Accounts Manager - E Commerce

(Accounts- Blinkit, Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart )

Operations to support and streamline day-to day operations across multiple quick-commerce channels. The fundamental requirement for the role is robust Excel skills, along with attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally to ensure seamless process flow.

Key Responsibilities

- Reporting & Data Management

● Maintain and update daily/weekly performance reports - sales, sell-through, marketing etc

● Track sales, inventory, and order metrics across channels

● Support data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting

- Cross-functional Coordination

● Liaise with merchandising, operations, PSC & marketing teams

● Ensure alignment across teams for smooth operations

- Returns & Vendor Management

● Track returns (RTV & RTO) and coordinate resolution with channel partners





● Ensure timely closure of discrepancies and claims

● Maintain vendor communication for operational efficiency

- Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination

● Ensure timely PO processing

● Work closely with Ops and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch & track delivery

● Resolve operational issues related to delays, returns, and cancellations

- Marketplace Operations

● Manage product listings across multiple quick commerce channels

● Ensure in sync with the catalog team for accurate cataloging, pricing, and product information updates

● Coordinate with internal teams for new product introductions and updates

● Support execution of marketing activations, promotions, offers, and new product initiatives
