- Administer and manage Office 365, including user setup and configuration.
- Handle Outlook configuration and troubleshoot Outlook problems/issues effectively.
- Provide technical support to remote users for system, application, and VPN related issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimum downtime.
- Perform day-to-day system checks and monitor system performance regularly.
- Evaluate and modify system performance, diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues.
- Handle system-related issues single-handedly and ensure continuity in service.
- Train users and promote IT and cybersecurity best practices.
- Maintain and create detailed documentation for procedures and protocols.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 0-1 year experience in a similar role is desirable.
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or in a related field is required.
- Solid knowledge of Office 365 and Outlook configuration is necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose & solve hardware/software faults.
- Familiarity with VPN setup, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Capability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
