Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, execution-oriented junior SEO executive to own Foreignerds' own digital presence and organic visibility. This is NOT a client-facing role — you will be responsible for making Foreignerds itself visible, credible, and discoverable across search engines, AI platforms, and industry directories. You will directly impact how prospects find and evaluate Foreignerds before they ever get on a sales call.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Visibility Monitoring: Track Foreignerds' brand mentions and citations weekly across ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, and Google AI Overviews. Document where we are cited, where we are missing, and recommend actions to improve AI citation presence.

• Negative Review / ORM Response: Monitor and respond to negative reviews on Trustpilot, Glassdoor, and Google. Draft professional responses for Mohit's approval. Flag any new negative reviews within 24 hours.

• Daily Blog Publishing: Coordinate with the content pipeline to ensure 1 blog post per day is published on foreignerds.com. Handle CMS upload, meta tags, internal linking, featured images, and schema markup for each post.

• In office SEO: Implement on-page SEO improvements across foreignerds.com — meta titles/descriptions, header tag structure, image alt text, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals monitoring.

• Backlink Building: Execute guest posting, digital PR outreach, and directory submission campaigns to grow Foreignerds' own backlink profile. Track referring domains monthly.

• Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct basic keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and SEO gaps for the Foreignerds website. Feed findings into the blog content calendar and service page optimization priorities.

• Clutch & Directory Management:



Maintain and optimize our Clutch profile (5.0 rating, 51 verified reviews, Premier Verified status). Ensure all information is current, respond to new reviews, and push for additional verified reviews from active clients.

• Third-Party Profile Updates: Audit and update Foreignerds' presence across LinkedIn Company Page, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, GoodFirms, DesignRush, G2, and any other directory where we appear. Remove stale 'You Think. We Code' / 'Virtual Staff Augmentation' positioning and align everything to our current AI-first service positioning.

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of SEMrush or Ahrefs (can pull reports, track keywords, run audits)
- Basic understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and schema markup
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4
- Ability to write/edit meta titles, descriptions, and alt text without supervision
- Comfortable with WordPress CMS (publishing, formatting, basic plugin management)
- Good written English — not creative writing, but clear and professional
- Self-directed: can work from a checklist without being reminded daily

Nice to Have

- Experience monitoring AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity) for brand mentions
- Familiarity with Clutch, GoodFirms, or G2 profile management
- Any exposure to GEO / AEO / LLM SEO concepts

Success Metrics (First 30 Days)
- All third-party profiles updated to current branding within Week 2
- Weekly AI visibility monitoring report delivered every Monday
- 1 blog post published per day, zero missed days
- Clutch profile engagement metrics (profile views, contact requests) tracked monthly
- At least 10 new backlinks/month from relevant directories and guest posts
