About Us & The Role : We are looking for an energetic, quick-thinking Junior Sales Representative to join our interior design team. If you love talking to people, making connections, and want to build a career in sales, this is a great place to start!
You don't need any background in interior design—we will teach you everything you need to know. We provide a 1 to 2 week training program where you will learn the ins and outs of home design, client management, and how our modular factory turns design concepts into real products.
What You’ll Do
- Reach Out & Connect: Make cold calls, send messages, and initiate conversations with potential clients to spark interest in our design services.
- Understand Client Needs: Listen to what homeowners or business owners are looking for and share initial ideas that match their vision.
- Gather Project Specs: Collect basic project details from prospects so our team can prepare accurate initial cost quotes.
- Drive Conversions: Follow up consistently with leads, answer their questions, and guide them toward choosing our services.
- Learn the Trade:
Quickly get up to speed on how our manufacturing setup works so you can comfortably guide clients through the process.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Open to any degree! We care much more about your communication skills and drive than your major.
- Languages: Fluency in Kannada is required. Good working knowledge of English and Hindi is a strong plus, and knowing other regional languages will definitely help you stand out.
- Personality: Confident, resilient, and ready to pick up the phone. You should be a fast learner who enjoys interacting with new people every day.
