Role Description This full-time Junior/Senior Architect role is an on-site position based in Pune City. The architect will participate in concept development, schematic and detailed design, and preparation of drawings and presentations for residential, institutional, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Day-to-day work includes collaborating with design leads, coordinating with consultants, vendors, and contractors, and supporting project documentation and approvals. The role involves preparing construction details, reviewing site execution against design intent, and assisting with material selection and specification. The architect will also contribute to design reviews, ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards, and support continuous improvement of internal design and documentation processes.

Architects should be able to lead the respective project teams to ensure that we adhere to project timelines and maintain the desired quality of work.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and coordination skills, including scheduling, stakeholder communication, and documentation control.
- Candidates should possess relevant Software Development and Integration skills where applicable to architectural workflows, such as integrating digital tools, plugins, or automation into design processes.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or BIM platforms, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
- Accredited degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) and knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
- Strong analytical and design-thinking abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective communication skills for presenting ideas, coordinating with consultants, and interacting with clients and site teams.
- Prior experience in residential, commercial, institutional, or hospitality projects; experience level and responsibilities will be aligned with junior or senior designation.
