We’re looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Kochi.

? Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Contact company-provided leads and work towards converting them into customers.
- Understand client requirements and explain our products and services.
- Identify sales opportunities through client conversations.
- Schedule and attend client meetings via phone, online, or in person.
- Present our services professionally and handle client queries.
- Follow up consistently with prospects after calls and meetings.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Prepare quotations and proposals when required.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, meeting, and sales records in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Participate in sales campaigns and business-development activities.
- Provide regular updates on leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales performance.
- Continuously improve product knowledge, communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to work from the office in Kochi.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
